Completing multiple income verifications on one device

For security reasons, each applicant is required to complete their income verification under their own login. If you previously completed an income verification and are trying to complete another one on the same device, you might be met with the following error:

"You are not authorized to complete this income screening

Because you are currently logged in as John Smith (john@gmail.com), you are trying to access an income screening you are not authorized to view. If you believe you are the intended recipient of this income screening request, please log out of your account and start the process again."

This error message means that you need to log out of your current account and re-click the link that was sent to you via email or text message. You can log out by going to the top right hand corner and clicking the "log out" button.

If you're on a mobile device, you can log out by clicking the "hamburger menu" button on the top right corner.

Once you have successfully logged out, please re-click the link that was sent to you via email and/or text message and you should be able to proceed!
