You can create a new property in The Closing Docs 2 different ways.

If you're on the page to create a new income screening request, you can type the name or address of the property you want to attach to the request, and if the property does not exist in our system, you can click the Add New Property option in the dropdown:

This will take you to the form to create a new property.

The second way to create a new property is to go to the Properties page of our portal, and click the button Add A Property shown on the top right corner of the page.

This will take you to the form to create a new property, which will then be available for you in the dropdown when creating an income screening request.
